House of I.Ts. Alajalov

The two-storey house was built in 1912. The building differs significantly from other houses of the late 19th century. It is built in the "Art Nouveau" style typical of the 20th century. The facade of this building is simple and smooth. There are no complicated architectural elements such as columns, pilasters, medallions. There is almost no decoration on the windows and on the main entrance. The house had running water, sewerage, electric lighting, baths and steam heating from its own boiler room.
