House of the Red Army
Detailed description
The building was built in 1930 by the famous architect P. Shcherbachev. It was built as the headquarters of the Volga Military District and still has not lost its functionality. The headquarters of the Guards Army is located here. The building features a huge clock tower with a red star. The clock on the tower as a symbol of socialism. The architectural style is constructivism.
