The house of E. M. Kayalova is located near the apartment building of A. Pisarenko. The building was built in the second half of the 19th century. It is a corner one-story brick building with a basement, the facade of which is decorated with stucco. Currently, the building houses the employment department of Pervomaisky and Proletarian districts. The house is classified as a national heritage site.

Дом Е. М. Каяловой расположен недалеко от жилого дома А. Писаренко. Здание возведено во второй половине 19 века. Представляет собой угловое одноэтажное кирпичное строение с подвалом, фаса которого украшен лепниной. В настоящее время в здании находится отдел занятости населения Первомайского и Пролетарского районов. Дом отнесен к объектам народного достояния.
