Residential house of I. Yablokova

In Rostov-on-Don, a building was built on Bolshaya Sadovaya Street in 1901 at the expense of local businessman K. Yablokov. Nikolai Nikitich Durbach was involved in the construction as an architect-artist. The ground floor of the building was originally occupied by trading firms and shops, while apartments on the remaining floors were rented out.
