Detailed description
The building was built in 1911-1912, for the wife of the hereditary nobleman A. D. Baranovskaya. The house has six floors and three front facades. Before the revolution, the office of the Baranovsky Factories joint-stock company was located in this building, and in the summer of 1917, Vladimir Lenin met with Leonid Krasin here several times, as evidenced by a commemorative plaque on the facade.
