The complex of buildings of the Rostovugol trust

The complex of multi-storey buildings located at the intersection of Bolshaya Sadovaya Street and Bolshoy Prospekt were built in the late fifties of the last century. The author of the project was Vladimir Grigor. It is a six-storey brick corner building with a sloping corner. The eastern and western wings were intended for the management of the Rostovugol coal mining enterprise. The central building was occupied by the City Executive Committee. In addition, a cinema is located on the ground floor in one of the buildings.
