E.Ya. Kostin Oil Mill

The house was built in the late 19th century. It is a four-storey building. The facade of the building, cornices, window frames are decorated with stucco. The building belonged to Yefim Yakovlevich Kostin, a Rostov merchant who owned a butter factory. Currently, there are shops and a restaurant on the ground floor, while the remaining floors are used as living quarters.
