Kaplan Apartment Building

Built in 1910. The architect is unknown. It is made in the classical style of the 20th century with decorative elements and compositional techniques of the Art Nouveau style. The material is brick. The building is residential, four-storeyed, with a gable roof, a basement, and a rectangular plan. It is an architectural monument of Rostov-on-Don of historical significance. In 1913, the building belonged to Sh. Kaplan, hence its name.
