Apartment house of S.B. Schwartz

The building was built at the end of the 19th century. It was owned by the Odessa merchant S.B. Schwartz, and later by his son. Initially, the house had 2 floors, later the third one was completed. Before the revolution, the editorial office of the Yuzhny Telegraph newspaper was located in the house, and after the revolution, the first floor was given to the maternity hospital, and the remaining floors became communal apartments.
