The building of the main choral synagogue, an architectural monument

The building was built in 1868. During the Soviet era, the building was nationalized and rebuilt. The building is now occupied by a skin and venereological dispensary. The synagogue was the first building of its type in Rostov-on-Don. Architect Sovitsky worked on the project of the building.
