Lusegen Popov 's Mansion

Lusegen Popov's mansion was built between 1890 and 1891. It belonged to Lusegen Popov, a landowner and cattle breeder. On the ground floor of the mansion there were shops and various offices, on the second floor there were apartments of the owner, and since 1928 there was a maternity hospital. He was also active during the Great Patriotic War. At that time, there were only three doctors left in the maternity ward. They set up a maternity ward in the basement of the building. The building is currently classified as a monument of cultural heritage of regional significance.
