The house of S.D. Srabionov, which housed the Petrograd Hotel

The house is located near the apartment building of the heirs of V. R. Maksimov. The building was built in the 1910s. It is a corner yellow four-storey building with balconies and an outbuilding. The facade of the building is decorated with stucco and decorative plaster. The Fifteenth Arbitration Court of Appeal is currently located in the building. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
