At the corner of Kronverksky Prospekt and Tatarsky Lane stands a historic building called the Alexander Dietrichovich Dahlberg and Konstantin Konstantinovich Kohenderfer Apartment Building, which was built in 1911-1912. The building is decorated in the Art Nouveau style. The house looks unusual: From Kronverksky Avenue, six floors can be seen, and from Narrow Avenue, we can already see three floors, with the addition of two levels of attics. The front rooms have preserved moldings on the walls and ceiling, spiral staircases are decorated with carved railings. Today, the house is residential, has four front doors and seven floors, and is a cultural monument.
