Apartment house of Kerop Baliev

Kerop Baliev's apartment building is located next to Karl Marx Square. The brick building was built before the revolution, and the third floor was added in 1957. The symmetrical facade was decorated with decor and stucco, the corner parts were brought forward. The large rectangular windows on the ground floor were divided into 9 segments. The windows of the second floor were finished with keystones in the form of masks. The central part of the facade was completed with a triangular attic. Kerop Baliev, the owner of the house, rented it out.
