Residential house of A.I. Burtsev
Detailed description
The building of the former residential building of the owner of the bell factory Alexei Ivanovich Burtsev dates back to the end of the 19th century. After leaving Rostov during the revolutionary times, the residence and both factories were nationalized; in the 1920s, the house was occupied. After the war, in 1954, a garrison polyclinic was located here. After the reconstruction, a low floor was added to the main dome, and a small extension was erected above it. A memorial plaque with the inscription "Monument of architecture of the XIX century - the house of A.I. Burtsev, hereditary honorary citizen of the city, owner of the bell factory" is installed on the building.
