Apartment house of A.E. Tumanov

The building, which was erected in the second half of the 19th century in the neoclassical style. The facades are decorated with plaster decor: giant blades connecting two floors and dividing the entire volume of the building into parts with separate entrances from the street, decorative blades on the second floor, profiled cornice, interstory and parapet struts, etc. The house has a rectangular layout, two floors with a basement, a four-pitched roof and a terrace along the northern facade, plastered with brick.
