E.E. Pivovarova's House

This house was built on July 7, 1904 by architect N.N. Durbach for actress Evdokia Efremovna Pivovarova. Compared to other buildings located nearby, it is inferior in its simplicity, but at the same time it cannot fail to attract the attention of passers-by. It is a one-story rectangular red brick building. You can see that the facade is decorated with attics, and there are semi-columns along the edges of the building. The main red color of the house is harmoniously combined with the white keystone. The original green wooden shutters and the carved door may attract attention. There is also a plaque on the building with information about the architect and the date of construction.
