The apartment house of the brothers I. and G. Dertkezov

During the First World War, the Dertkezov brothers decided to build a luxurious mansion in the fashionable Art Nouveau style. Wrought-iron lace balustrades, marble reliefs, baths with legs in the shape of lion paws, facades and magnificent wrought-iron gates with Poseidon. But just a year later, the company disappeared, and the rooms of the luxury mansion became communal apartments. Nevertheless, despite the destruction during the war, it still retains its splendor.
