The building was built at the end of the 19th century. In 1914, the house belonged to K. I. Antimonov, a merchant from Rostov. The building is three storeys high, with deep basements. In the past, there were wine cellars in the basements, halls on the ground floor, a small auditorium for concerts or theatrical productions on the second floor, and servants on the third floor. The building's design includes details of the "eclectic" style. The house was rebuilt, but it is in good condition, the architectural details are recognizable. .
