Residential building of the beginning of the XIX century
Detailed description
The building was built in the 1820s according to an "exemplary" design in the classical style. It is decorated with stucco with a lacquered finish. The architectural and artistic appearance of the building is determined by floor-by-floor arches and bay windows, pediments, basement roosts and niches in the basement, decorated with decorative locks. The windows of the first floor, central and end, are decorated with arches (originally triangular in shape) mounted on decorative brackets, while the remaining windows have small niches above the arches. These windows were opened in place of the original niches in the main building. There is an extension on the south side of the courtyard. The rustics and hourglasses on the exterior walls of the courtyard have been removed; the plaster on the ground floor is badly worn, and the plaster in the basement has weathered and crumbled. The window sashes have been replaced. A modern slate roof has been installed.
