Apartment house of L.S. Khazizov

The apartment building is a monument of urban planning and architecture of regional importance. It was built at the end of the 19th century for a well-known man in Rostov, Khazizov L. S. After the revolution, the house was nationalized. Now the building has been restored, there are preserved stairs and oven doors inside. Access to the viewing is open to everyone.
