Apartment house of A.S. Botvinnikov

This building was built at the end of the nineteenth century. Its design uses elements typical of the neoclassical eclecticism. The rafters in this composition have a middle and outer crate, as well as an attic. A curved cornice above the central one, which was additionally reinforced with a false lunette and a decorative cornice above it. In the architectural appearance of the building, the main importance is the rustication of the first floor and the decoration of the window openings of the second with boards and canopies, parapet "towels", interstory rods, cornice. The original design of the balconies and gate flaps was replaced in the underpass. This building has a rectangular shape with a courtyard well.
