The house was built around the end of the 19th century. It is a three-storey brick building with an arched passage to the courtyard. Arched window openings are located on the second floor. In 1909, Hero of the Soviet Union Caesar Lvovich Kunikov was born in this house. Unfortunately, the house is in poor condition and requires restoration.

Дом построен приблизительно в конце XIX века. Представляет собой трехэтажное кирпичное здание с арочным проходом во двор. На втором этаже расположены арочные оконные проемы. В 1909 году в этом доме родился герой Советского Союза Цезарь Львович Куников. К сожалению, дом находится в плохом состоянии и требует реставрации.
