Detailed description
The red three-storey building is located in Soldatskaya Sloboda near the embankment of the Don River. It was built at the end of the 19th century and currently has a classic facade design with a combination of architectural relief decorations and a small superstructure on part of the roofs. It is a monument of historical and cultural significance of the city.
