The new premises housed various city institutions. It is a two-storey building with a mezzanine, brick and plastered, was built in the shape of a rectangle. The central part of the main southern facade is highlighted by a small risalite. There was a balcony on the second floor. On the northern facade, the house has a large ledge in the center - there is a staircase leading to the second floor and the mezzanine. Currently, the Administration of the Torzhok district is located here.
