Residential building of the late XIX century
Detailed description
The building dates back to the end of the 19th century. It was built in the neoclassical direction based on the ancient tradition and eclecticism (a mixture of styles). In 1914, the house belonged to the mayor Kirill Antimonov and was highly profitable. According to the Rostovsky Bereg website, one of the suburban trade organizations of the Krestovnikov brothers from Kazan was located in the building. The brothers from Kazan had a factory for the production of soap, candles and other chemical products.
