The apartment house of A.N. Frumson

The apartment building is an object of cultural heritage. At the very beginning of the twentieth century, the owner of the house was the merchant A. N. Frumson, After the revolution the Rostov telegraph office was located in the house. Since the fall of 1986, the building has been given to the North Caucasus branch of the All-Union Correspondence Electrotechnical Institute of Communications.
