Palace of Culture Builder

Before the Great Patriotic War, the Soley electrobiograph with the Empire confectionery cafe was located in the building of the Palace of Culture. In addition to them, after the war, the Giant cinema began to be located in the palace. Already in the 50s, the building became the Palace of Culture of Builders. The palace was reconstructed under the Stalinist Empire style. The architect of the changes to the building was Nikolai Khudaverdov. There is little left of the Soviet style now. The palace consists of a ribbon of small windows, pilasters and bay windows. From the decor there are slightly convex white stones in the form of uncomplicated patterns. The color of the palace is light beige with the addition of red decor.
