Detailed description
The building was built in 1899 for the Rostov-on-Don Mutual Credit Society of Clerks. Balls, masquerades, and creative evenings with famous singers and artists were held in the building. The house has the status of a cultural heritage site of federal significance. The building has been in disrepair for 24 years. From the 30s of the 20th century until 1999, this ancient house housed a musical comedy theater. The building has a basement and 3 floors, as well as an inner courtyard-well. The facades are made in eclectic style. The first floor is decorated with rustication. There are four columns in the central part. The facades are decorated with rosettes with inserts from above. The building is brick, plastered, with narrow high windows.
