Apartment house of V.A. Pavlov

The apartment building of V.A. Pavlov is located opposite the building of the post and telegraph office in the city of Rostov-on-Don. The building was built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It is a three-storey yellow and white brick building with open balconies. The facade of the building is decorated with stucco. Currently, residential apartments are located in the building, the first floor is rented to entrepreneurs.
