Livshitsa apartment house

The Livshitsa apartment building is located in Rostov-on-Don, built in 1890. In 1913 it was rebuilt, initially it looked like a two-storey building with an arch. This building is built in the Art Nouveau style with three floors. On the main facade there are three projections, on their top there are pediments with oval openings, windows of different shapes. Now the house is residential, and there is a shop on the ground floor.
