Detailed description
This building was built in the second half of the 19th century in the eclectic style. Its design uses compositions and decorative elements typical of classicism and Renaissance. The complex composition, dominated by the extreme risalites ending in pediments, accentuates the arched entrance and the main entrance.
The architectural and artistic appearance of the house includes loggias decorated with Ionic columns or arches. Platbands with "ears" on the second floor have profiled archivolts of windows on the first floor, platbands with "ears" on the second floor; cornices made of wood to decorate the walls of the third floor. The old double-leaf doors with a transom and round windows for lighting the stairwell have survived.
The first balcony fence, which was typical for many buildings in the city, was lost.
