House of burghers I. Romanchenko and I. Yanovsky was built in the middle of the 19th century. The old brick, plastered building is made in the classical style. The architectural and artistic appearance of the building is determined by the frames of window openings and architraves, rectangular profiled sandriks, inter-floor and window sills, as well as window sill niches and cornice. Currently, the exterior of the historic building is far from good and needs restoration. The house is a monument of architecture and urban planning of municipal importance.
