Mansion of M.M. Gekimova

This mansion on the 15th line belonged to M.M.Gekimova, a Nakhichevan merchant of the early 20th century. She was a representative of a noble merchant family who made a significant contribution to the socio-economic and cultural development of Nakhichevan-on-Don. Despite its small height, M.Gekimova's house is easily recognizable due to its decorative and expressive silhouette. The influence of various eclectic styles can be traced in his appearance. The composition of the main facade is symmetrical and is determined by the location of the southern and northern sides, as well as the central passage and the complex arched attic. The northernmost lintel highlights the main entrance to the building.
