Mansion of M.V. Perkun

The mansion of MV Perkun was built in the 1910s. The small two-storey mansion was built in the neoclassical direction of the Art Nouveau architectural style. The facades of the mansion are decorated with plaster and stucco decorations. It belongs to the monument of urban planning and architecture of the city of Rostov-on-Don. Currently, the house is uninhabited, the premises are leased to various companies.
