Residential building with a shop of the late XIX century
Detailed description
The apartment building was built at the end of the 19th century. Its design uses techniques and decor typical of the Baroque and classicism. On the facade there are three wide openings separating the first entrances. The traditional floor-by-floor division reflects the functionality of the building and its purpose as a whole: the ground floor was occupied by retail premises with independent access to the street, and living rooms were located on the upper floors. Heraldic compositions with cartouches in the walls of the central windows of the upper floor and on the shoulder blades of the inter-floor belt, as well as images of lion masks at the upper openings of the raskrepovka add originality to the building.
