House of V.I. Zharov
Detailed description
The house was built in the late 19th century in an eclectic style. In 1913, the owner was V. I. Zharov. The facades were decorated with brick decor, which is typical of classicism and Baroque. The appearance of the building includes: rustication of the first floor; window frames with simple architraves, complemented on the second floor with sandalwood, decorative pilasters on the second floor, inter-floor and window sills, profiled cornice, window sill niches, and more.
It is a two-story brick building with a basement, L-shaped in plan and a multi-pitched roof.
