Detailed description
At the end of the 19th century, two wealthy merchants, Benjamin Grigorievich Kisin and Isak Grigorievich Froimovich, decided to create a new Industrial house. The approximate date of completion of the construction was 1899. In 1902-1910, the house was rebuilt.
The building has a luxuriously decorated facade, which was decorated with stucco, as well as stucco decoration typical of the transition period from eclecticism to Neoclassical Art Nouveau. The harmony of the facade is emphasized by the central rafter, decorated with an intricate attic, as well as the rafters along with deep semicircular niches on the ground floor. On both sides there are side entrances along with two-level excedra, finished attics. The architectural appearance of the building is determined by its multiple, as well as a variety of traditional decorations. The main part of the facade is completed by a profiled cornice with croutons. To date, the finishing of the attic of the last rafters has been lost.
The building contains 2 main entrances along with carved wooden doors, as well as stucco decorations. Nowadays, the building is in a dilapidated state, no one lives in the room. It implies the transfer of the building, its restoration and the formation of a museum in it.
