Apartment house of A.A. Studenikin

The building was built in 1912 in the Art Nouveau style. In the early 1940s, the roof, railings, cornice and balconies of the upper floor were destroyed. In 1947, the reconstruction of the building was completed, during which the decoration and configuration of the attic, the parapet, and the crown of the weathervanes were changed, and the balconies of the upper floor were not restored. The third floor is connected by a four-pilaster portal ending in a pointed attic above the cornice. The facades have a number of large windows on the ground floor, square ones on the third and double narrow ones on the fourth and fifth floors. The second floor is rusticated. In the center of the pilaster portal, two rows of pilasters are located in the pillars between the double windows. The building is crowned by a massive cornice and a low parapet with palmettes above the blades.
