Apartment house of Ts.E. Katsman

The apartment building of Ts.E. Katsman is located near the building of the State Bank in the city of Rostov-on-Don. The building was built in the 1910s in the Art Nouveau style. It is a three-storey brick building with balconies and a basement. The facade is decorated with stucco, and on the right side there is an arched front door. The building is currently empty.
