The Wolfman Apartment building is located opposite the Ya. G. Ess apartment building in Rostov-on-Don. The building was built at the end of the 19th century. It is a two-storey corner building with balconies, the facade is decorated with stucco. The house on one side of the street is three-storeyed, and on the other - two-storeyed. Currently, residential apartments are located in the building.
