The building was built in the last quarter of the 19th century. Its owner was Y. M. Bleiman. The house is located on the corner of Gazetny Lane and Sotsialisticheskaya Street, so the building is L-shaped. The building, closing the corner of the block, has a rounded shape. Previously, this part of the facade was decorated with a turret. It collapsed over time. The building is two-storeyed, brick. The facade of the house is decorated with brick decor. Currently, shops and commercial organizations are located on the ground floor of the building, and residential communal apartments are located on the second floor.
