Apartment house of S.I. Kogbetliev

Kogbetliev's apartment building is located on the corner of Svobody and Tolstoy Squares and the intersection of Komsomolskaya and 25th Line streets. Since 1980, the building has been classified as a historical and cultural monument of regional importance. According to the idea, there were shops on the high ground floor, and the upper floors were owned by the owner of the house. Currently, the building has been completely renovated and is used by commercial enterprises.
