The Merchant's Yard is presented in the form of a sixteen-storey building, which was erected in 2006. The facades of the building are decorated with opaque panels, some are plastered and painted. You can also observe stucco elements. On the facade projections there are portrait images of merchants from Rostov. The building is made using modern technologies. The building houses shops and office buildings.
