The house of the outstanding Russian ballerina F. I. Balabina was built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The three-storey stone house is now in disrepair. The facade has preserved the remaining decorations in the form of stucco, pilasters. There is a memorial plaque in honor of the ballerina on the building.
