The house of T. Magdesiev, where the artist M.S. Saryan lived and worked from 1916 to 1921

The famous artist Martos Sergeyevich Saryan worked and lived in this house from 1916 to 1921. It was built at the end of the 19th century. The house has one and a half floors, topped with a gable roof. The front facade of the house has five windows with architraves and sandricks, and small windows on the basement. There is a terrace from the courtyard of the house. There is a memorial plaque to the artist on the building.
