Detailed description
The building was built in 1920. Initially, the House of Soviets was located there. During the Great Patriotic War, it was heavily destroyed, and it took several years to rebuild. After that, the Rostov Watch Factory is located here, which was engaged in the production of various measuring instruments for defense and civilian equipment. It was closed at the end of the 20th century. Now there are premises for offices, small-scale production and creative studios. It is a massive narrow six-storey building, which was made of brick. The facade is decorated with rectangular window openings with pilasters, and there are protruding cornices.
