Apartment house of I.V. Kotlyarov

The apartment building has been a monument of urban planning and architecture of regional significance since 1998. It was built at the end of the 19th century for a well-known person in Rostov, a lifelong member of the Board of Trustees, V. M. Kotlyarova. Then he passed into the possession of his son, Ivan Vasilyevich Kotlyarov. After the revolution, the house was nationalized. Currently, the two-storey building is uninhabited, leased to commercial organizations.
