Detailed description
At first, Kerop Baliev owned the house, and at the beginning of the 20th century, Kalust Mgrdchich (Nikitich) Sagirov owned it. In 1957, a third floor was added to the two-story white brick building with numerous rectangular windows on the facade. Currently, the building houses the Proletarian District Court.
The building is an object of state protection.
