Apartment house M.B. Ryndzyun

The M. B. Ryndzun apartment building is located on 89 Serafimovich Street. The building was built in 1913 in the Art Nouveau style. The building is four-storeyed, brick. An elevator was installed in this building, which is rare for buildings of that time. The facade is decorated with a bay window above the main entrance. In addition, the stucco decoration has been preserved on the facade: wreaths, flowerpots framed by floral and floral ornaments, rosettes above the window openings and in the window niches. The building needs restoration.
